Baptisms
Parents are required to receive instructions on the sacrament and complete all paperwork before the baptism may take place. Godparents must have a recommendation from their pastor in order to serve as sponsors. To arrange for the instructions, please call the Rectory (435-2125).

Marriage
Please call the Rectory (435-2125) for an appointment. There is a six month diocesan preparation program which includes the FOCCUS and Engaged Encounter Programs. Those seeking to get married at Saint Mary's should be living within our boundaries, registered and attending Mass regularly here.

Anointing of the Sick
Parishioners are asked to please inform the pastor as soon as they are diagnosed with any serious illness, if illness worsens, or if in danger of death. Also inform pastor of hospital stays.

New Parishioners
All Catholics who are new to the parish and living within Saint Mary's parish boundaries are asked to register. Registration forms may be found in the vestibule of the church to the right of the pamphlet rack, and may be returned either via U.S. Mail or through the Sunday collection. Parish Registration form is available here as a pdf file. (You may need to right-click then save the file.)
